The Quality In-charge is responsible for ensuring the production and delivery of consistent, high-quality ready mix concrete as per industry standards (IS: 456, IS: 10262, IS: 383, IS: 4926). This role involves managing material testing, mix design control, batching accuracy, and maintaining quality records to ensure smooth plant operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of concrete technology and QA/QC practices.
Proficiency in laboratory testing and mix design.
Ability to identify production issues and apply corrective actions.
Good communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
Qualification & Experience
Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
2-5 years of QA/QC experience in RMC or concrete production industry.
Familiarity with IS standards for concrete manufacturing
Ready Mix Concrete experience is must
