Position: Quality Incharge / Production Assistant
Location: Near ralamandal, Indore
Experience: minimum 5-7 years in quality assurance/control in the Vegetables dehydration
Industry: Food Processing / Export-Oriented Units

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and manage complete quality documentation as per industry and client standards.
2. Prepare Certificates of Analysis (COA) for each batch before dispatch.
3. Monitor and control product quality during all stages of production.
4. Provide on-floor training to workers on hygiene, quality standards, and food safety practices.
5. Handle certification processes - including renewals, audits, and ongoing compliance (FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc.).
6. Lead internal and external audit preparations and compliance activities.
7. Address client complaints, investigate root causes, and prepare Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports.
8. Conduct and supervise laboratory testing for biological and physical parameters.
9. Maintain quality-related documentation for clients.

Candidate Profile:
B.Sc / M.Sc in Food Science, Microbiology, or related discipline.
Sound knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant quality standards.
Experience with lab equipment, testing protocols, and documentation.
Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous quality improvement.
