Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems:

This includes establishing procedures for inspection, testing, and evaluation of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.

Conducting Audits:

Regularly perform internal and external audits to assess compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.

Ensuring Compliance:

Ensure that the company meets all relevant regulations and industry standards for textile products.

Managing QA Teams:

Supervise and train QA inspectors, technicians, and other staff to ensure effective quality control.

Analyzing Data and Identifying Issues:

Collect and analyze quality data to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.

Developing and Implementing Testing Strategies:

Design and implement testing protocols and methodologies to ensure products meet quality benchmarks before they reach the market.

Training and Education:

Provide training to production staff on quality assurance procedures and best practices.

Communicating with External Stakeholders:

Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and other external stakeholders to address quality concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and industry standards.

Leadership and Team Management:

Ability to lead and motivate QA teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a culture of quality.

Analytical Skills:

Ability to analyze data, interpret results, and identify trends to improve quality.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify root causes of defects and implement corrective actions.

Communication Skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including production staff, management, and customers.

Attention to Detail:

Meticulousness in inspecting products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standard
