Job Summary:
The Quality Incharge is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality standards of garment production processes. This includes in-line and final inspection, implementation of quality systems, handling buyer audits, and ensuring production output meets the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage quality control activities across all stages of production - cutting, stitching, finishing, and packing.
Implement and monitor quality assurance systems to ensure consistent product quality.
Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections of garments to identify defects and root causes.
Train and guide quality checkers, line supervisors, and operators on quality standards and inspection procedures.
Coordinate with the production team to resolve quality issues in real-time and prevent recurrence.
Maintain records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to buyer-specific quality standards and compliance requirements.
Prepare for and participate in internal and external audits (including third-party or buyer audits).
Monitor AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) system and report deviations to management.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce rework/rejection rates

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
