About the Company:

We are a leading manufacturing company located in

Bidadi

, specializing in precision engineering and high-quality production for the

aerospace and industrial sectors

. We are looking for a

dedicated and experienced Quality Incharge

to lead our quality assurance activities and ensure that all products meet customer and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead the Quality Department team on daily inspection activities. Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems to ensure product standards. Conduct in-process and final inspection of components and assemblies. Maintain and update quality documentation, including inspection reports, NCRs, and CAPA. Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, or other relevant quality standards. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for continuous improvement initiatives. Manage calibration of measuring instruments and maintain traceability records. Handle customer complaints, quality audits, and supplier quality assessments. Train and guide team members in quality systems and inspection techniques. Report to senior management on quality performance and improvement areas.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Minimum

3 years of experience

in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience as

Quality Incharge / Quality Lead / Senior Quality Engineer

. Good knowledge of

measurement instruments, tolerances, and inspection procedures

. Strong understanding of

ISO / AS9100 / QMS

standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead a team and coordinate with multiple departments. Immediate joiners preferred.
