Key Responsibilities

Lead the Quality Control (QC) team

to monitor and maintain product quality across all stages of lens production.

Develop and implement quality assurance protocols

specific to optical lens manufacturing (e.g., scratch resistance, clarity, curvature).

Conduct inspections and audits

of raw materials, in-process components, and finished lenses.

Ensure compliance

with ISO standards and industry-specific regulations (e.g., ANSI Z80.1 for ophthalmic lenses).

Investigate and resolve quality issues

, working closely with production and engineering teams.

Maintain documentation

of QC activities, test results, and corrective actions.

Train staff

on quality standards, inspection techniques, and defect identification.

Collaborate with suppliers

to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.

Report quality metrics

and improvement plans to senior management.
