Minimum 5 years in Coir or related manufacturing industry

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and monitor the

Quality Control (QC) team

to ensure production quality standards are met.

Assign daily tasks

and targets to QC personnel and verify completion reports. Conduct

regular inspections

of coir block production units to ensure product consistency and compliance with required EC (Electrical Conductivity) levels -- both

High EC

and

Low EC

blocks.

Negotiate with suppliers

and coir block industries to source the best quality raw materials and maintain cost efficiency. Ensure a

continuous supply chain process

by coordinating with procurement and production departments. Maintain

proper QC documentation and reporting system

for management review. Oversee

vendor payment process

related to quality purchases and ensure timely settlements. Handle

pressure situations effectively

and manage multiple QC operations simultaneously. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and customer specifications. Work closely with the Production Head and Purchase Department to improve overall product quality and efficiency.

Key Skills Required:

Strong leadership and negotiation skills Excellent knowledge of coir block specifications and quality parameters Proficiency in report maintenance and communication Ability to manage teams and handle operational challenges under pressure
