Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the entire Quality Assurance & Quality Control function. Establish, implement & monitor quality systems, procedures, and standards (ISO/TS preferred). Ensure in-process, incoming & final inspection and customer complaint resolution. Drive root-cause analysis, CAPA, and continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S, Lean). Manage audits: internal, external & customer audits. Develop quality metrics, documentation, and training for the team. Coordinate with Production, Design, and Supplier teams to maintain quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Diploma in Mechanical/Production Engineering. Strong knowledge of sheet metal processes (laser, bending, welding, assembly). Expertise in QC tools: PPAP, MSA, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, APQP. Excellent leadership & communication skills.
