Gym and Fitness Equipment Quality Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Gym and Fitness Equipment Quality Manager to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety for our gym equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness equipment maintenance, quality control, and a passion for promoting a safe and effective workout environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and test all gym and fitness equipment to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols. Conduct regular maintenance checks and schedule repairs or replacements as needed. Collaborate with equipment suppliers to address quality issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Train gym staff on proper equipment usage and maintenance procedures. Monitor and evaluate equipment performance to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs. Provide recommendations for equipment upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in quality management or equipment maintenance in a fitness environment. Strong knowledge of gym and fitness equipment. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant certifications or training in equipment maintenance and safety standards.

Skills:

Technical proficiency in fitness equipment maintenance and repair. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
