to lead and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities at our manufacturing unit. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality, compliance with food safety standards, and continuous improvement across processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall
Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA/QC)
operations in the FMCG manufacturing unit.
Ensure compliance with
FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000
and other applicable food safety standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor
quality systems, SOPs, and documentation
.
Conduct
raw material, in-process, and finished product inspections
.
Handle
internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections
.
Investigate customer complaints and implement
corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
.
Train and guide the quality team on
food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
.
Coordinate with Production, R&D, and Stores to maintain consistent quality.
Monitor hygiene, sanitation, pest control, and housekeeping activities.
Ensure proper calibration of laboratory and quality equipment.
