Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Quality professional to lead our QA/QC function and drive excellence across all residential and commercial projects. The Quality Head will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a robust Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and embedding a culture of quality across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) across all project sites. Ensure compliance with

IS codes, RERA guidelines, NBC, and company quality standards

. Define and monitor quality control processes for civil, structural, finishing, and

MEP works

. Conduct regular audits, inspections, and material testing to ensure defect-free construction. Establish corrective and preventive action plans for non-conformances and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with project managers, architects, contractors, and consultants to integrate quality into project execution. Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality, sustainable, and defect-free homes. Build and manage a quality team, providing training and guidance on QA/QC processes. Track quality KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and present quality performance to management. Promote lean construction practices and cost-effective quality solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (Master's in Construction Management preferred). Minimum

12-15 years

of proven QA/QC experience in large-scale real estate/construction projects. Strong technical knowledge of

construction materials, IS codes, RERA guidelines, and MEP quality standards

. Hands-on experience in implementing ISO and QMS frameworks. Exposure to sustainable construction practices and modern quality tools.

Certifications (Preferred)

ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt)

PMP / QC-related certifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per month
