Job Description

JHHAPS Industries is seeking an experienced and hands-on

Quality Head

to lead our

Quality Assurance and Quality Control

operations, including the

NPD Q/C department

, across forging, machining, and fabrication divisions.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee

QA/QC and NPD Q/C

functions (incoming, in-process, and final inspection). Ensure

new product development trials and PPAP submissions

meet customer standards. Develop and implement

quality systems, control plans, and SOPs

. Handle

root cause analysis, CAPA, and process audits

. Ensure compliance with

ISO and EN standards

and customer quality requirements. Conduct

supplier quality audits

and improve vendor quality performance. Lead and train the quality team to maintain strong process discipline and accuracy.

Requirements



Minimum 5 years of experience

in QA/QC management, preferably in

forging / machining / fabrication

. Strong knowledge of

measurement tools, GD&T, metallurgical testing, and PPAP documentation

. Qualification:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma

in Mechanical or Production Engineering. Excellent leadership, communication, and documentation skills.

Compensation



Competitive and based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
