An Ideal Candidate:
An ideal can should be a quality-focused construction professional with strong experience in site quality management and team leadership within the real estate sector. Skilled in quality audits, SOP implementation, and driving continuous improvement through training and CAPA. Proven ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards and timely resolution of site issues. Committed to delivering "First Time Right" execution and enhancing stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Competencies:
1. Manage a team of site quality engineers under a cluster
2. Ensure weekly quality walks with Project Managers, Site Engineers & Quality Engineers is done regularly. Maintain a record of observations with closures of the same.
3. Ensure monthly/fortnightly site visit to critical areas with Project in charge for issue resolution & updates on weekly report findings.
4. Ensure monthly quality meetings with the site, contractor, Project in charge, Cluster head & Corporate Quality on site. Prepare a report on findings along with action taken & status of issues (closed, open, in progress etc.).
5. Coordinate with contractor & corporate for completion & approval of (Project Specific Quality Plan) PSQP. Ensure effective implementation
6. Ensure Weekly & Monthly Reports are sent on time. Review, Classify & Resolve the critical issues in consultation with other stakeholders.
7. Identify training needs, coordinate with the Corporate Training Coordinator, impart trainings for SOPs, new method statement, new activities through onsite trainers and if need be; then through external agencies.
