Job Description

Urgently Required Quality Head at Sainath Hospital, Moshi.

1. Generally responsible for complying with all the requirements given in NABH hospital accreditation standards and ISO 9001: 2015 standards.

2. Coordination with all department heads for implementation of Quality Improvement Program

3. Provide guidance in understanding requirements of standards, assist in solving difficulties.

4. Prepare program for development of system, sensitization of people, implementation of policies, procedures programs.

5. Responsible for all Quality related activities in the hospital.

6.Review of documentation once in a year for all NABH documents.

7. Prepare and follow Quality Calendar of activities prescribed in NABH standards. Make others to follow the calendar

8. Conduct Internal Audits and MRMs for NABH and ISO standards.

9. Analysis of NCs and closure of NCs in Internal as well as external audits

10.Prepare annual budget for Quality Improvement activities and utilize the budgeted amounts to bring about necessary improvements.

11.Monitor Quality Indicator data mapping and analysis activities. Prepare Dash Board and publish.

12.Validate data mapped for Quality Indicators.

13.Define targets for Quality Indicator Performance and take improvement actions on non-performing Quality Indicators

14.Ensure that all OSPR happen as per the frequencies defined.

15.Conduct QA reviews planned and take improvement actions.

16.Encourage Incidence reporting in the hospital. Investigate & analyze received incidence reports and take corrective preventive actions.

17.Review complaints received through complaint registers, feedback forms, through floor coordinators etc. Closure of actions on complaints received.

18.Ensure conduction of mock drills as per the plan.

19.Monitor Risk assessment and risk mitigations in all departments of the hospital.

20.Conduct reviews of progress made/ not made, identify bottle-necks, and provide solutions.

21.Liaise with Accreditation Consultants, external agencies involved, External trainers, External auditors, NABH & ISO etc.

22.Be responsible for conduction of meetings of various committees, Various surveys, Audits, Management Reviews, Data tracking of Quality/ Safety/ Performance indicators etc.

23.Be responsible for use of modern management tools and statistical techniques

24.Be responsible for making improvement action plans and bringing about improvements in identified areas.

25.Handle Patient satisfaction feedback and patient complaints.

26.Be responsible for preparation of budget to support quality and safety programmers, get the budgets sanctioned and monitor that timely and appropriate utilization takes place.

27.Shall coordinate harmonious working among Consultants, Doctors, Nurses, Management and other staff toward successful accreditation of the hospitals.

28.Implementation of Policies and Procedures of the hospital. Participation in mock drills.

29.Monitor and manage performance of Quality coordinators and floor coordinators.

30.Assign work to quality coordinators and floor coordinators

Desired Candidate Profile

Any Medical Graduate (BAMS/BHMS/Nursing/ with MHA or MBA in Healthcare. Knowledgeable with computers & quality management systems Experienced (1 o 3 yrs) candidate from hospital domain preferable. Interested can send CV to
