Develop and execute the quality strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
Establish quality KPIs and drive performance metrics across all functions.
Act as the company's representative for quality audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections.
Quality Assurance & Control:
Oversee the QA/QC processes to ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, FDA, or other relevant standards.
Ensure adherence to internal and external quality standards across all departments.
Design, implement, and improve testing, inspection, and validation procedures.
Compliance & Regulatory:
Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and legal requirements (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, HACCP, IATF 16949, etc., depending on industry).
Prepare and manage documentation required for regulatory submissions and audits.
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality team including QA, QC, and document control personnel.
Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across all departments.
Conduct regular training programs for quality standards and best practices.
Continuous Improvement:
Initiate and manage Six Sigma, Lean, or Kaizen projects to improve product quality and reduce waste.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Partner with R&D, production, and supply chain to support quality integration across functions.
Supplier Quality:
Develop and maintain supplier quality systems and conduct supplier audits.
Work closely with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure supplier compliance and performance.
Qualifications:Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Certifications like Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), CQE, or ISO Lead Auditor preferred.
Experience:
4-5 years of experience in Quality Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in [industry name: e.g., manufacturing, automotive]
Strong understanding of industry-specific quality regulations and standards.
