Job Description

Responsibilities:
Quality Management System (QMS) Oversight: Develop, implement, and maintain the QMS in compliance with industry standards such as AS9100, ISO 9001, IATF 16949. Shall be able to derive SoPs, WIs, Formats, Manuals related to QMS
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products and processes comply with regulations. including Firearms and Explosives requirements as applicable.
Facilitate development of robust quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards of product integrity and reliability. Advanced Quality techniques and technology implementation for advanced quality checks.
Address quality-related issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Engagement & relationship establishment with Quality Stakeholders. Lead initiatives to enhance product quality, process efficiency, and overall operational excellence through continuous improvement.
Institutionalize regular audits, ensure compliance with quality management systems and regulatory standards. Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Identify, assess, and mitigate quality-related risks throughout the product lifecycle for long and extended tenure projects.
Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:

• Must Have: - B-Tech / B.E. Mechanical
• Desirable : Six-Sigma, Quality Certifications

• Must Have : 20 - 22 years hands on experience in working multidimensional products, segments & industry in Aerospace and Defense Domain.
• Must have exposure of handling AS9100 QMS Exposure to Missile programs, Precision machining.
• Desirable: Exposure to Ammunition, explosives & small arms.
