Key Accountability and Key Activities: (1) Overall quality of manufacturing process: (a) Quality System implementation and improvements (b) Drive continual improvement in production process (c) Pass decision for OK/Not OK/Hold etc. (d) Daily review of ppm level or rejection and recommend countermeasures (e) Inspect and control incoming raw materials and consumables (2) Customer Complaint Handling (a) Do Why-Why or complete 8D Problem Solving Method after taking CAPA (b) Timely respond to Customers (internal or external) \xc2\xa9 Frequent verification or validation or effectiveness of the action taken (c) Visit Customers for attending complaints and satisfy customers (3) Support to New Product Development Team (a) Involve in APQP initiatives or Lead Team (b) Align measurement method \xc2\xa9 Visit Customer for seeking feedback and first-time right product (4) Supplier/ Vendor Selection, Development and Evaluation (a) Establish and implement system for control of externally provided processes, products and services. (b) Make check list, and make assessment and evaluation periodically, (c) Share feedback and; improve Suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 Performance, (d) Develop Supplier and Vendors for Zero Defect Supplies (5) Awareness, Training and Coaching People (a) Identify and arrange training program (b) Measure effectiveness of each training and coaching sessions (6) Data Analysis (a) Periodic Quality Data or KPI presentation before the Top Management (b) Quality presentation during Audit or Customer visit (7) Laboratory and Calibration Activities: (a) Draw samples and do testing, analysis and provide reports (b) Maintain Lab facilities and required resources, as per requirements (c) Maintain Lab equipment well as per environmental and work condition required (d) Maintain calibration records and recalibrate instruments as per frequency (e) Take annual stock and discard non-usable instruments from operations. (8) Establish, implement, maintain and continually improve ISO:9001:2015 Quality Management System in the organization (a) Establish Quality Policy, Objectives and Target and achieve performance (b) Establish Quality Control/ Process Control and reduce variation in process (c) Ensure all processes, procedures and systems are followed as per standard (d) Update and maintain quality records (e) Train employees on QMS (f) Conduct Internal Audits, Face Customer and QMS Audits, arrange MRM and ensure performance of QMS is well maintained. (9) Qualification and Competencies: Qualification: \xc2\xb7 Degree/ Diploma with minimum 3 years of experience in Quality function at same level of position \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Quality Management Standard/System \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of Excellence in Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen \xc2\xb7 SPC, SQC or Six Sigma will be preferred.
