Position:
Quality Final Auditor - High Fashion Garments
Experience Required:
Minimum 3 years to 10 years (preferably in high-fashion/luxury garment quality control and final audit)
Salary Range:
?30,000 - ?50,000 (per month, based on experience and skillset)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct final quality inspections and audits of high-fashion garments before shipment.
Ensure stitching, finishing, measurements, trims, embroidery/embellishments, and overall garment quality meet
international luxury standards
.
Monitor adherence to buyer specifications, brand guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
Detect defects and coordinate with production and merchandising teams for corrective actions.
Maintain detailed inspection reports, audit documentation, and quality records.
Oversee packaging and presentation standards in line with luxury fashion requirements.
Provide training and guidance to finishing and production teams to reduce rejections and improve quality consistency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong technical knowledge of
luxury and high-fashion garment quality parameters
.
Proven experience in
final quality inspection & audits
for apparel exports.
Familiarity with
international buyer standards, AQL procedures, and compliance norms
.
Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining premium quality standards.
Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
