Job Title: Quality Executive

Location: Bhagwanpura, Barwala Road, Derabassi

Industry: Paper Box Manufacturing (Automatic Plant)

Reporting to: Quality Manager / Plant Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-process and final quality checks on boxes, printing, and packaging.

2. Monitor adherence to product specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.

3. Maintain inspection reports, quality logs, and ISO documentation.

4. Support quality audits (internal & external) and compliance.

5. Coordinate with production and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues promptly.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma, Bachelor's or Masters Degree in any field.

2. 1-3 years of experience in quality control in a packaging or printing industry.

3. Basic understanding of ISO 9001 and GMP practices.

4. Strong observation and reporting skills.

Job Title: Quality Manager

Location: Bhagwanpura, Barwala Road, Derabassi

Industry: Paper Box Manufacturing (Automatic Plant)

Reporting to: Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the overall quality assurance and control processes of the plant.

2. Develop and implement quality control systems and SOPs for incoming, in-process, and outgoing materials.

3. Analyze production and quality trends, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.

4. Handle customer complaints, quality audits, and ensure compliance with client standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, FSC).

5. Train and supervise the quality team, ensure their development and performance.

6. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and dispatch to ensure product quality across all stages.

Qualifications & Skills:

1. Diploma, Bachelor's or Masters Degree in any field.

2. Minimum 3-8 years experience in quality management in the printing/packaging industry.

3. Experience in handling customer audits and quality certifications.

4. Leadership, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
