Job Description

A Quality Executive in the food industry plays a critical role in ensuring that food products meet safety and quality standards. Here are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role

Quality Control:

Oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.

Compliance:

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.

Audits:

Conduct internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality standards.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of quality control tests, inspections, and audits.

Training:

Train staff on quality control procedures and food safety standards.

Problem-Solving:

Identify and address quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.

Continuous Improvement:

Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in quality processes.

Qualifications:



Educations

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.

Experience:

3+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food industry.

Certifications:

Certifications such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or SQF are highly desirable.
Age preference: 24-35
Preferred Location : Ernakulam Only

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
