Job Description

Panacea home care is looking for qualified and dedicated Quality Executive to provide professional in-home healthcare service, The role involves delivering compassionate patient centric care at home as well as supporting continuity of care post-hospitalization.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement quality assurance methodologies and standards. Conduct regular quality audits and inspections. Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met. Analyze quality data and generate reports for management. Coordinate with other departments to resolve quality issues. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Provide training and support to staff on quality-related matters.
Required skills and Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Operations Management, or related field. Proven experience in a quality assurance or similar role. In-depth knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and regulatory requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
