We are looking for Quality Monitoring Executive to handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate information. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and prior experience in customer support.

*Job Responsibility

*1.Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
2.Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner
3.Provide accurate information about products and services
4.Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups
5.Escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
6.Ensure customer satisfaction and quality service delivery

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer care or call centre
Good verbal and written communication skills (English preferred)Ability to handle customers politely and efficiently Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems)
Education: Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate (as per company policy)
