Responsibilities:

Candidates have to manage client's technical queries Manage customer relationships through regular communication with clients through weekly/ monthly reviews. Able to communicate with the clients. Provide accurate information and guidance regarding company services, compliance processes, and project updates. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client concerns.. Ensure excellent customer satisfaction by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
