Role Summary:
The Quality Executive is responsible for supporting hospital-wide quality initiatives, ensuring compliance with NABH standards, monitoring clinical/non-clinical processes, and promoting continuous quality improvement across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in implementing and maintaining NABH accreditation standards.
Conduct regular audits (clinical, safety, documentation, infection control).
Track quality indicators, compile monthly reports, and highlight gaps.
Coordinate Incident Reporting, RCA, Corrective & Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Support quality improvement projects and departmental QIPs.
Monitor adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Provide training support for staff on quality, safety, and documentation.
Follow up on non-compliance issues and ensure timely closure.
Maintain records for quality metrics, audits, meetings, and committees.
Collaborate with all clinical and administrative teams for process improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in healthcare Administration (MHM).
0-1 years of experience in hospital quality or NABH accreditation.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, audits, and documentation.
Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
