Location: Malkapur, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

Inspections & Audits: Conduct regular inspections and audits of production facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Protocol Implementation: Develop and implement quality control protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and quality assurance systems to maintain product consistency and safety.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to food safety regulations such as FSSAI guidelines, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), and HACCP standards.

Monitoring & Documentation: Monitor production processes, product quality, and raw materials, maintaining detailed records and reports on all quality-related activities.

Testing & Sampling: Oversee routine testing and sampling of products and ingredients to identify potential defects and ensure compliance with established guidelines.

Issue Resolution: Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to address and resolve quality issues and technical faults in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and process quality.

Documentation & Reporting: Develop and maintain quality assurance documentation and prepare comprehensive reports for management, demonstrating adherence to quality standards.

Required Skills:

Technical Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of food science, quality control standards, and relevant regulations is essential.

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of defects and effective problem-solving to implement solutions.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for accurate inspections, testing, and documentation.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with various teams and for training purposes.
