Job Description

Develop and maintain quality systems, policies, and procedures Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards Analyze data and generate reports on quality performance Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions Provide training to employees on quality standards and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvement initiatives Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Proven experience in quality management or related roles Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Quality management systems Auditing Data analysis Problem-solving Communication Interpersonal skills
