Monitor quality across the extrusion line (raw material to final packaging).
Conduct in-process and finished product checks for snacks, pellets, and cereals.
Maintain critical control points, product specs, and consistency (moisture, texture, color, oil).
Perform root cause analysis, coordinate corrective actions, and track rejection trends.
Support seasoning control, optimize production settings, and ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO 22000, BRC, GMP, HACCP.
Train operators and maintain quality documentation.
Requirements:
B.Tech/M.Tech in Food/Process Engineering or Food Technology.
2-5 years in extruded snack/cereal manufacturing.
Knowledge of extrusion technology, quality instruments, and process optimization.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
