JOB SCOPE

Role : Quality Executive

We are currently looking for a responsible Quality Executive to check the quality of all incoming and outgoing material and products as well as operations procedures. As the quality executive, you will uphold the safety regulations of the company and supervise the process to guarantee that all our products meet quality expectations.

JOB DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials and outgoing products before dispatch.
• Approve or reject incoming & outgoing materials with respect to quality standards.
• Recommend improvements to the operations process to ensure quality control.
• Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of testing, information, and various metrics such as the number of defective products per day, etc.
• Ensure all safety (worker safety, food safety, etc.) is followed and enforced, and ensure strict hygiene practices are followed and enforced.
• Inspect procedures of the entire operations cycle to ensure they are efficient and comply with safety standards.
• Inspect the quality of the delivered products.
• Implementation of SOPs & adherence to the Norms and documentation.
• Strive towards Continual improvement (or) refinement for Quality Standards / Practices.
• Monitor, maintain & update accurate data on time without any deviations.
• Responsible to conduct Quality Internal Audits from time to time and submit the deviations to the respective reporting authority.

• Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems
• Thorough knowledge of quality control standards and testing methodologies
• Good and effective communication and leadership skills
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• Problem-solving aptitude
• Proficient with MS Office.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:

• Bachelor/Masters degree in food technology/agriculture.
• Certification in quality control is preferred.

EXPERIENCE- Minimum 2 years
