Candidate Profile

Education:

B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)

Experience:

2-5 years as a

Quality Engineer/Quality Control Engineer

Industry Background:

Prior experience in

Infrastructure, Construction, or Highway Projects

Requirement:

Must have handled responsibilities independently as a

Q

Quality Executive (not only in a QA/QC assistant capacity)

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of

material processing

and

aggregate production

Strong familiarity with

IS Codes

(IS 383, IS 456, IS 2386, IS 1199) Exposure to

large-scale projects

(200+ MT/day)
Key Responsibilities

Ensure quality compliance for both

raw materials and finished products

Conduct and document

quality tests

(grading, specific gravity, water absorption, etc.) Maintain detailed

test reports and records

Guide the production team on

quality standards and protocols

Collaborate with

NLC client representatives

and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
