Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality and consistency across our vendor network, conducting periodic inspections, and supporting the development of new and existing products.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Pre-Dispatch Inspections (PDIs) at vendor locations to ensure compliance with quality standards. Visit the Delhi Head Office (Rama Road) twice a month for reporting, coordination, and cross-functional alignment. Oversee the end-to-end product development process including design, prototyping, testing, and final production quality checks. Ensure all products comply with regulatory and industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure products meet customer expectations and timelines. Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. Assist in improving the design and features of existing product models based on customer feedback and testing outcomes.

Candidate Requirements:

2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance or product inspection role. Prior experience in home and kitchen appliances is highly preferred.

Willingness to travel regularly to vendor sites and twice monthly to the Delhi HO.

Strong understanding of product quality parameters, inspection methods, and documentation. Good communication and coordination skills.
