Conduct in-process quality checks for raw, semi-finished & finished goods.
Monitor process parameters (temperature, time, hygiene, packaging, etc.).
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000, and company food safety policies.
Identify and report deviations/non-conformances and support corrective actions.
Perform routine sampling, inspections, and maintain quality records.
Support audits, trainings, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality deviations and assist in implementing Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Monitor and document pest control activities to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Control and segregation of non-conforming products to prevent unintended use or dispatch.
