Role Summary

The Quality Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all raw materials (RM), in-process materials (PM), and finished goods (FG) meet established quality standards. The role involves rigorous documentation, adherence to regulatory guidelines, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Testing

Conduct testing of RM, PM, and FG as per standard quality procedures and specifications.

Documentation Control

Maintain and manage all required documentation as per company and regulatory standards. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in all quality-related documentation.

Chemical Preparation & Standardization

Prepare chemical reagents and solutions. Perform standardization of chemicals and ensure proper laboratory practices are followed.

Calibration of Laboratory Equipment

Perform routine calibration and verification of lab equipment. Maintain calibration records and ensure equipment readiness at all times.

Regulatory Knowledge

Apply requisite knowledge of

GMP

, and other relevant quality guidelines and standards. Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations.

Process Control

Monitor and support process control activities. Identify deviations and assist in implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of quality control principles. Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and GHP guidelines. Ability to handle laboratory equipment and perform calibrations. Good documentation and record-keeping skills. Basic chemical preparation and analytical skills. Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset.
