Ensure effective implementation of Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) process.
Monitor Departmental Quality Indicators and conduct periodic mock drills.
Prepare and maintain SOPs for internal audits based on NABH standards.
Undertake quality initiatives, audits, and risk management in coordination with the Quality Team and Unit Head.
