NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers)
experience to support and maintain quality standards across hospital operations. The candidate will play a key role in accreditation compliance, audits, documentation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Implement, monitor, and maintain
NABH standards
across all hospital departments.
Coordinate NABH accreditation, surveillance, and re-accreditation activities.
Prepare, review, and update
policies, SOPs, manuals, and quality indicators
.
Conduct
internal audits
, gap analysis, and follow-up corrective & preventive actions (CAPA).
Support departments in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Collect, analyze, and report quality indicators, incident reports, and patient safety data.
Facilitate
training programs
on NABH standards, quality tools, and patient safety.
Assist in handling
patient feedback, complaints, and risk management
processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with department heads and external auditors during assessments.
Qualifications
Bachelor's / Master's degree in
Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration / Life Sciences / Nursing / Allied Health
.
NABH training or certification
preferred.
Experience
1-3 years of experience
in hospital quality management.
Mandatory hands-on experience in NABH accreditation
(entry-level / full accreditation).
Skills
Strong knowledge of
NABH standards and documentation
.
Excellent analytical, auditing, and reporting skills.
Good communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Experience in multi-specialty hospital setup.
Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Assessment).
