Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify raw materials, in-process parts, and finished products for quality compliance.

Conduct dimensional inspection and testing of injection molding machine components.

Monitor and implement ISO, QA procedures, and quality control plans across the production line.

Identify non-conformities, generate NCR (Non-Conformance Reports), and ensure CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) implementation.

Maintain quality inspection records, calibration reports, and documentation as per standards.

Collaborate with design, production, and assembly teams to resolve quality issues.

Support customer complaint analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action closure.

Conduct internal quality audits and assist in external audits.

Ensure all measuring instruments are properly calibrated and traceable.

Train operators, assembly, and shop floor teams on quality awareness and SOPs.

Work on continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, rework, and rejection costs.

Provide technical support to suppliers for incoming material quality and inspection standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance practices in manufacturing.

Hands-on experience with measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, CMM, etc.).

Familiar with ISO standards, 7QC tools, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA.

Problem-solving, root cause analysis, and documentation skills.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Good communication and team collaboration skills.

Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

Pay: ₹10,293.76 - ₹25,000.00 per month
