Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance & NABH Compliance:



Assist in implementation and monitoring of

NABH standards

Conduct

internal audits

, support

gap analysis

, and follow up on corrective actions Maintain and update

quality manuals

,

SOPs

, and other documentation Coordinate

training sessions

and

awareness programs

for staff Track and analyze

quality indicators

,

incident reports

, and

patient feedback

Support all clinical and non-clinical departments with

compliance and improvement plans


HR Coordination & Support Tasks:



Coordinate

orientation and induction

programs for new joiners Maintain

training and competency records

of staff as per NABH standards Collaborate with HR for

performance evaluation formats

linked to quality KPIs Support HR in conducting

employee satisfaction surveys

and analyzing outcomes Help organize

HR training sessions

related to soft skills, ethics, and safety Liaise with departments for

manpower compliance reports

required for audits
