Quality Executive
to develop innovative and production-ready furniture designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect incoming raw materials (wood, metal, hardware, fittings, polish, paint, etc.) as per quality standards.
Monitor quality at all stages of production - cutting, welding, finishing, polishing, painting, and assembly.
Conduct in-process and final product inspections before dispatch.
Ensure products meet design specifications, drawings, and approved samples.
Identify defects and suggest corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate with production team to resolve quality issues.
Maintain inspection records, quality checklists, and rejection reports.
Reduce rejection, rework, and wastage through process improvements.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company SOPs.
Handle customer complaints related to product quality and provide corrective action reports.
Support audits, documentation, and quality certifications.
Salary: Upto 25,000 per month
Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
