Job Location: Patna Bihar.
Job Role:
1. Routine review or update of documents and records as and when required.
2. Initiating the redrafting of work instructions, systems, and procedures.
3. Ensures and carries out HACCP, risk assessment and control and maintenance of standards.
4. Daily Verification of batch card including all related records which is essential for Clearance of SFG and do SAP Clearance basis DATA and records verification.
5. Verification of CRQS and PCRO data and do Clear FG in SAP.
6. SAP Clearance of RM/PM in absence of key person.
7. Weekly Process and GMP audit
8. Equipment Calibration and verification.
9. Monthly Consumables, External Test Cost Preparation
10. Coordinate with the sensory team and conduct daily sensory of all batches which were manufactured.
11. Packaging Material Artwork Verification.
12. Raise SNCR on portal if any delivery of RM/PM rejected as per the Specification.
Qualifications :
1. M.Sc/ B.Tech in food technology.
