Key Responsibilities

Conduct routine quality checks of raw materials, in-process and finished products (spices, blended spices, herbs). Ensure compliance with

FSSAI

,

ISO 22000 / HACCP

, and internal quality standards. Maintain laboratory records, COAs, test reports, and retain samples. Monitor hygiene,

GMP & GHP

practices across production and storage areas. Handle sampling, sensory evaluation, and documentation. Coordinate with production, procurement, and

QA team

for timely resolution of quality issues. Assist in internal audits and preparation for external audits (FSSAI, Customer audits, etc.).
