Minimum 4-5 years in Quality Assurance / Quality Control in bakery, confectionery, snacks, or packaged food

Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality systems (raw material, in-process & final product checks)
Conduct daily inspection of production batches for:
Texture, color, taste, shelf life, packaging integrity
Monitor and maintain hygiene and sanitation protocols
Conduct checks for infestation (weevils etc.) and packaging sealing
Assist in setting SOPs and checklists with documentation
Train line workers & supervisors on quality procedures
Maintain all quality records and prepare reports for management
Handle and resolve customer complaints from a quality standpoint
Key Requirements:
3+ years in a
bakery, snacks, or packaged FMCG setup
Working knowledge of FSSAI regulations & quality norms
Attention to detail and ownership of the QC process
Should be proactive and not just reactive Bonus (not mandatory):
Familiarity with ISO / HACCP
Ability to create SOPs/checklists
