Conducts quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
Ensures compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO, FSSAI, and other regulatory standards
Collaborates with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
Maintains documentation for audits, certifications, and internal quality systems
Monitors hygiene, sanitation, and overall plant quality conditions
Supports development and validation of quality procedures, testing methods, and product specifications
Requirements
Educational background in food science, microbiology, biotechnology, nutrition, or similar field
Experience in quality assurance or quality control within food or nutrition manufacturing
Strong knowledge of food safety systems, lab testing, and regulatory compliance
Ability to identify defects, analyze root causes, and recommend improvements
Familiarity with documentation systems, audits, and certification processes
Strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and adherence to high quality standards
