Set and maintain quality standards as per buyer requirements and SOPs.
Monitor quality across all production stages and maintain MIS/QC reports.
Audit incoming fabric, trims, and samples; ensure only approved materials go to production.
Handle sample approvals (print, fit, care labels) and analyze customer complaints.
Lead daily warehouse QC checks, track rejection/RTV data, and keep returns below 0.5%.
Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections; audit packed goods before shipment.
Share defect data with suppliers and drive continuous quality improvements.
Requirements
Experience in garment/apparel quality control.
Graduate with good Excel, communication, and analytical skills.
Able to independently manage inspections and daily QC operations.
