In-Process Quality Control

Monitor quality during production stages: Pre-Treatment (PT) Line Powder Coating Line Wooden Coating Line Ensure adherence to SOPs, process parameters, and quality standards
Final Inspection & Dispatch Approval

Conduct final quality checks before packing and dispatch Verify surface finish, shade, thickness, and visual defects Ensure packing standards meet client and company requirements
Documentation & Reporting

Maintain quality inspection records, checklists, and rejection reports Support ISO documentation, audits, and compliance activities Update quality data and reports in Excel / system formats
Qualification & Experience

Diploma / Graduate in: Chemistry Industrial Chemistry Mechanical Engineering Or relevant technical discipline

Freshers are welcome

(training will be provided) Experience in

Powder Coating / Surface Finishing / CED / QC

is an added advantage
Skills Required

Strong attention to detail Basic understanding of quality tools and inspection checklists Good documentation and reporting skills Basic MS Excel knowledge Good communication and team coordination Willingness to work on the shop floor
