Ensure all project activities comply with SOP, guidelines, and quality standards.
Conduct internal audits of mobilization, training, assessments, placements, and documentation.
Monitor training center infrastructure, trainer performance, and batch-wise training delivery.
Verify candidate files, attendance, assessments, and placement records for accuracy.
Prepare quality reports, highlight gaps, and coordinate with teams for corrective actions
