Project Role Description :

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance delivery efficiency and ensure high-quality outcomes throughout the application lifecycle. You will leverage your business and functional expertise to craft comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied to meet project goals and timelines. Roles & Responsibilities: Good exposure on .NET testing and having exposure to .NET migration from OnPrem to OnPrem Prepare Test case creation, Test Execution Plan & coordinating with Technical team Collaborate with stakeholders and onshore team on daily basis Having exposure on Azure DevOps Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Functional Testing. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex requirements to develop effective test cases. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Functional Testing. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
