Project Role Description :

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will utilize your business and functional knowledge to create comprehensive testing strategies, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied throughout the application lifecycle. By defining and implementing key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, focusing on test execution and defect resolution to drive continuous improvement in quality standards. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes. - Experience in developing and implementing testing strategies and frameworks. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data to inform testing decisions. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA. - This position is based at our Coimbatore office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
