Your role will also include defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills. - Monitor and report on the progress of testing activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite. - Strong understanding of test automation frameworks and methodologies. - Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices. - Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets to inform testing strategies. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
