Project Role Description :

Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Test Lead you are responsible for driving quality across the application lifecycle by integrating testing processes into the development pipeline, ensuring faster and high-quality delivery. Leverage strong business and functional knowledge to define end-to-end test strategies and oversee their execution. Applies industry-standard testing methodologies and best practices to establish key quality metrics, manage risk, and support defect prevention and resolution. Acts as a quality champion and collaborates closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met with excellence. Experienced in using test management tools, including test case design, execution, and defect tracking. Well-versed in validation, functional and integration testing. Roles & Responsibilities: o Expected to contribute independently and manage the team by assigning tasks on a daily basis o Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. o Contribute to providing solutions to work-related problems. o Collaborate with the development and source team to understand application requirements and cascade the same to the testing team. o Understand Argus/Safety concepts and guide the team on the same. o Guide the team on good documentation and testing practices and ensure the quality of testing documentation. o Should be able to define scenarios for manual OQ/PQ testing o Review the work of all testers and ensure the final documentation has minimal feedback from clients o Drive defect triage calls and handle the overall testing co-ordination between clients and the test team. o Collaborate with client business teams to get the scenarios approved. o Should be able to write manual OQ/PQ scripts for configurations including workflows, field validations, conformance rules, business configurations, system configurations, E2B profiles, Reporting Rules, and Periodic Reports o Good client communication o Collaborate with client quality teams to get pre and post approvals of test script executions o Should be able to participate effectively in defect triage process o Send daily status reports/progress reports to the leads/stakeholders. o Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies Professional & Technical Skills: Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Testing implementations/upgrades/data migrations in Oracle Argus or Veeva Vault Safety. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 6+ years of experience in Testing implementations/upgrades/data migrations in Oracle Argus or Veeva Vault Safety. - A 15-year full-time education is required.
