Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. By leveraging your business and functional knowledge, you will drive the implementation of key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team. - Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and performance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Performance Testing Strategy. - Strong understanding of various performance testing tools and frameworks. - Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies. - Ability to analyze performance test results and provide actionable insights. - Familiarity with application lifecycle management and quality assurance best practices. - Good to have LoadRunner skillset Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Performance Testing Strategy. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
