Quality Engineering Head

to lead our quality excellence journey.

Key Responsibilities

Head the Quality Engineering Department and ensure robust QA/QC processes across all operations. Establish and implement quality systems as per

ISO / IATF / BIS standards

. Oversee quality planning for new product development, PPAP, APQP, and customer approvals. Conduct

root cause analysis (RCA)

and implement corrective & preventive actions (CAPA). Lead metallurgical and mechanical testing, forging inspection, and heat treatment quality control. Coordinate with design, production, and client teams for quality validation and approvals. Handle

customer complaints, audits, and third-party inspections

. Train, mentor, and guide the quality engineering team.
Qualifications & Experience

B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgy

(preferred).

12-18 years

of relevant experience in Quality Engineering within

steel forging / heavy engineering

. Strong knowledge of forging process, heat treatment, NDT, and metallurgical standards. Hands-on experience with

SPC, FMEA, MSA, Six Sigma tools

will be an added advantage. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹1.00 - ₹2.00 per year
